"You said it yourself: "any set of numbers must obey his equation". That means "most of physics" applies not only to reality, but also to an infinite collection of 9's. It also applies to "a whole lot of nothing"."

You got that first part right, since an infinite collection of 9's is a set of numbers. But you got the last part wrong because "a whole lot of nothing" is not a set of numbers. You should have known that, Bruce. For shame.
