Hi Paul,

I have more time to read than to write. Your post was interesting, it could spawn several discussions, but I'd like to focus on a particular issue which interests me.

If I understood you correctly, you said the term "real" has no meaning in mathematics. I might be looking at the issue from the wrong perspective, but if you were correct that would imply mathematics can't be used to make meaningful statements about reality. Is that correct, or is it something Wittgenstein would not like?
