How Many Planetariums Per Million Persons?

Why so few?
If there are 6,000 million persons on the planet, and less than one fully developed planetarium per million persons, how do we expect folks to realize daily the context
of their lives and plan with appropriate
sensibleness, patience and appreciation
for the Universe and Creation?
