Wouldn't Happen

As far as I know it wouldn't happen. All life evolves at a flimsy equilibrium, some things dieing, some thriving. The amount of time it takes for evolution to occur most of the life would have changed form, there may be a mosquito like thing but it would not be the insect we know. We did not evolve from chimps or the like. We and chimps evolved from a similar begining thing. Cows are closely related to dolphins.
