From my point of view I spend say 'mega-bucks' on internet and it is a difficulty.

Only free internet publicly around here I heard of is limited hours and a bit of a journey to get to. Libraries among most expensive fees of all.

Sorry if I promised a response and forgot; I'm not sure where that occurred.
