Perhaps my human mind cannot fathom "deeper principles all the way down" (or up ; ) ). In an earlier post, I spoke of the more comfortable thought of a "first principle" in the form of an equation from which the universe is derrived.

If there is no first principle, then what is there? It may be perhaps more sophisticated than turtles, but seemingly just as ludicrous.

Maybe you can help me out with this one...
