Hi Mark,

In short, Harv is saying that "we are primitive folks not too far removed from the trees", but we should try and visit a planet 94 light-years away nonetheless. I guess it makes sense that the first astronaut was a monkey after all!

As to your list of possible ways to visit other planets, I think you missed a good one: astral travel. Surely our soul, being massless, must be able to travel at any speed it wants as long as it's "disembodied"

(that was just a joke; you made good points)
