I feel that religion is like government...it works better if we groom it aptly.
I am not really being severe, cynical or negative... just accurate on a scale which
includes great possibilities.
I love my contemporary humans and other slightly sentient beings, boasters and buffoons though we may be.
I attend church fairly often with hardly any feeling of rebelliousness, since I realized (and had my conniption about it) long ago that our rituals and dogmas are not at all what they could be.
