How Can You Design Something That Cannot Be Examined

Your synopsis of Dick:

"Dick does not claim to have discovered a theory, but to have designed an analytic pipeline which will transform any random collection of data into a mental image consistent with physics providing us powers of deduction and correlation. "

I think it is a very accurate synopsis. But almost every word in it exposes the fallacy in Dick's thinking. I have covered my opinion of his work in great detail. There is no point to doing it all over again. However, since you express it so succinctly, the discontinuity of all those words comes through clearly.
