Come to an understanding. Not to be leveraged by NK, but try to reconcile our differences and come to terms.

If only we could do that, it would be a good thing. But be cautious, that they do not go Cujo on us. I mean, sooner or later, a country, that appears to be a 'good friend' just up and goes ballistic and turns around and slaps us in the face.
