Right. As I said, accelerations are easily calculated from the velocities and radii, and yes, the known velocities lead to the need for dark matter. The accelerations at the galactic fringes are, as I've said, tiny, much smaller (relative to galactic centers) than anything we can produce, and at these accelerations we cannot easily test Newton or Einstein.
