Well, I certainly could use some "small math lessons" (and certainly a few "big ones"), but first of all, it doesn't take a whole lot of math skills to understand Einsteinian time, and secondly, the whole things was just a joke!! At least one person found it funny, but you're tearing into it as if I think I really discovered something. For instance, when I mentioned the -1 = 1 trick as being just that -- a trick -- you felt the need to commend me for 'admitting' it!

Well, I think you got me here. My use of the term solipsism was wrong. It was my uneducated way of saying, "Dick thinks what constitutes his mind is wholly separate from the world beyond his senses." I apologize for offending you with this misnomer, but it wasn't meant in any derogatory way. I might have labeled him a monist or an existentialist, but it was in no way a way to convey "your philosophy is less than mine."

Besides, why are you defending him? Can he not defend himself?
