Jesus Told Us What It Takes To Get Into Heaven

He said just before the sermon on the mount that to get into heaven we have to keep all the laws of moses (i/e/. all 613 of them). He said nothing about belief except to the non-Jew at the fountain who was saved because of her great faith, and at various times, to believe in the son of man to be saved.

Now we may understand that being saved means getting into heaven. If so, then Jesus is telling us that there are two paths into heaven.

Now keeping all the laws of moses includes a great deal of good works, like charity, etc. So Jesus has told us that good works work, but that the rest of the laws are needed as well. And he also seemingly told us that great faith also works. But his most explicit statement on how to get into heaven was to keep all the laws of moses.

I do not ubderstand where your concept of getting into heaven came from. If not Jesus, can you explain where it came from?

Regards,

Richard
