Trial and error. The only way you can figure out if you are doing the right thing is to make mistakes to gauge from or learn from. In a different context and scale, god, thru nature, uses evolution as the process for things to move along. Maybe there is another model created in another universe that uses a non-evolutionary process. I think this death-drive is just another "drive" like sex/drive or life/drive, within the evolutionary process. Tön
