In the realm of scientific study, there are many facts. 'Maple trees need more water than Pines' is a fact. 'The sun burns light skin more severely than dark skin' is a fact... and so forth.

In this sense, evolution is a fact. If, however, you define 'fact' as something so true as to be exempt from skeptical examination, then you won't find any such creature as a scientific 'fact.'

What you seek is religion. Science cannot be a religion, because it will never state anything is so true as to be exempt from skeptical examination.
