You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!! Never have I heard someone say we are not as efficient as a watch!

(Stunned silence) Umm.........YES!!!!!! Is there anyone in this forum who agrees with him? Our are
bodies not that efficient? Our bodies are amazing!
