What is effeciency? Are we 100% effecient? Are we even 75% effecient? You are looking at biology from the perspective of a biological organism. If you would be more objective in your thinking you would see that while we are amazingly fragile we are not the best way it could be done. Everybody would agree that you are looking at biology in the wrong way. I think we are amazing creatures with a great diversity, but I think our flaws show our primitive past. We are an accumulation of 3.8 billion years of genetic recombination and trial and error. We are not perfect. I understand now that you say you are 16 why you have the beliefs you do. I am still impressed with your convictions and your pursuit of knowledge. Those are great traits to carry on through life. I have no doubt that you have a lot of learning to do, as do I, and you will come to many different conclusions over the course of your life.
