Harv's baiting me, I think.

Harv actually has RARELY...hardly ever... given
feedback on the content of my posts --
about 900 of them -- and Harv has posted
no resume' or summary of experience. In short,
Harv is an anonymous guy who characterizes
my 18 weeks on this forum in a way which reveals he assumes you won't go back and check.
Criticism? For four years, I was an enlisted man in the military service
with only modest ambitions. Do you get criticism in the military? You bet. How well did I respond? Well, they let me give tours of the base to members of the public. They let me edit the base newspaper. It's true, I have done a lot of "get along, go along" too. Criticism is a part of life.
I also have a bachelor's degree, gradually assembled during my adult work life, at several colleges where, by virtue of my modest financial background, no teacher would seem to have a reason to treat me daintily. My teachers have
not inflated my grades because they love freckles, I suspect. Yet I passed my courses with a very good grade point average over all.
But, as one of them said, of course grades will not be a guide to how life will be.
They could have added, "You'll meet a lot of Harvs, to whom coherence and good information will be like water off a duck's back."

Sincerely,
Mike
