Carl Sagan, would say,"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence."
Nice to have just ordinary evidence for something...
If asked to believe someone with no evidence at all, at least we ought to be able to expect the same in return. Ie. may my story be considered as interesting as Buddha's? Okay, bad example.
Or how about the Loch Ness Monster.
If you claim you understand what I've just said,
should we not ask for some evidence
(for that would be amazing indeed ! )
