But reaction on this reality is individual - it depends on chemical processes in your brain at that moment. In general those processes are similar, so we feel pain, burn, light, sound, hanger, etc in similar way. If some individuals have lack of some sensors (vision, pain, etc) then they obviousely don't have similar to others feeling.

So, what exactly is the question?
