So, you feel ultrasound differently than some animals who have US sensors simply because you don't feel it at all due to lack of sensors).

Is this the question? If not, let me know what you mean by "feel".

Is Sun there when you don't look at it? Do't you know the answer? Well, if you don't, then close you eyes (say, at night for 8 or so hours while sleeping) and then in the morning watch TV reports about disappeared for 8 h Sun.

So, Sun is NOT the product of your vision, it exists INDEPENDENTLY of humans or other animals, aliens, beings, etc. In doubt? Look at distant galaxies - they existed well before humans - you see them in the distant past as it took long time for the light to arrive from them to your eye.

If you doubt Darvin, look at humans and at animals - there is no much difference between us (especially within primates family). Similar anatomy, same basic functioning (eating, walking, reproducung, etc) and behavior, similar DNA, similar design on any level - on organ level, cell level, subsell structures level, same protein chemistry. Even appearance is similar.

So, don't waste time on philosophy - life is short, study how things work in nature and why (mathematical origin of natural laws).

Remember that philosophy is just somebody's opinion (often subjective or uneducated), but laws of nature are not. Planets orbit Sun as Newton's inverse square law prescribes regardless if anybody looks at Sun or not, or if anybody knows inverse square law or not.
