Do you notice that what works at one level of size or complexity or for one group will not work the same way in other situations without (sometimes a great deal of)modification?
One way to see communism is as a subset of
our social/economic interface with wilderness.
But to pool part of our resources nationally is more prudent than to pool all our resources nationally. A communist system _that_ big is not necessarily more efficient or enlightened.. . it is frequently out of your personal control entirely
