Anyway, the plane was shut down at the VERY LAST moment after it flew about thousand mile over Soviet territory and after all kind of communications were tried (radio, visual, flares, etc) and failed because the plane WAS NOT ANSWERING NOR CHANGING DIRECTION OF FLIGHT, and by strange coincidence flew over soviet silo sites and air bases, radaring down.

When the plane was about to leave Russian territory (into Japanese air space), command center had no choice but shut down spying aircraft.
