Alex,

I want others to be aware of what papers are being published and what ideas are still being kicked around. A great majority of scientific papers have an incorrect or incomplete understanding to some degree. The question is if there is enough information to justify its being published and others being made aware of it. I let the efforts of Physical Review editors and other established periodical editors perform that function.
