Answers for the problems you posted for me:
1) 7+1=8
2) 12/3 x (5+4) = 36
3) x2-y2 =(x-y)(x+y)
4)sqrt2)=1.414... (do not remember futher)

Now -your turn. Let's see if you can beat at least the old guy (the problems from russian 6-7 grade textbook I posted above. Show us your real level of understanding of physics and mathematics so we can see HOW COMPETENT you are to discuss physics/math.
