My experience is that if you agree with Dick you are a 'good guy' and if you disagree with him you become the 'bad guy'. The good guys he rewards by complimenting them, the bad guys he ignores, insults, belittles, and talks to you usually only through other people. Of course, he's been known to turn on supporters so they have to always be on the guard too.
