Such Kind Of 'freedom' Would Restrict Freedom Of Others

Alex,

As you know, if someone were free to take my car then my freedom to have a car would be compromised. The system of having freedom is to protect those freedoms which lead to a higher quality of life for most people. If having some controls gives more freedom then this is a good thing.

The Soviet regime was tyrannical (perhaps you don't agree?). Countries such as Hungary, Poland, Czechoslovakia, not to mention your own republic (now a separate country) and others were all forcefully kept within the confides of the Soviet bloc.

How could you ever want to return to such a world? Surely you must experience 'heaven' here in the United States where you experience pure freedom and economic prosperity.

Warm regards, Harv
