Can anyone please tell me, what you mean by "God" or "gods"?

Frankly, I feel that this is the ROOT of the problem (such as claim "God(s) exist" or God(s) does not exist, or "god can not be a man" or god(s) are tiny little demons pushing molecules in right direction", and so on), and we all are just wasting our valuable time arguing about... hm, about WHAT, after all?
