Alex, it seems you have a misunderstanding, or perhaps willful, of how a supernatural agent would impose an act of will upon a natural reality. I don't understand why you have a problem with this.

For instance, there are generally two schools of thought in the theistic camps of how God works His will and plan from the beginnning of time. Both are described as sovereignty, but how God actually performs His will is in debate. I'm sure you are aware of Hawking's question of whether God plays dice or not.

First would be the view that comes more or less from the deistic camp, which asserts that God operates from initial set conditions that were perfect in unity at the BB and the laws that were set would execute His divine will through chaos theory and chance. i.e. Complete foreknowledge and thus the wisdom to so finely tune initial conditions.

Second would be that God is operating beneath the uncertainty of QM. He is in constant manipulation of the quantum states of particles to "steer" the microlevel world so the macrolevel of reality is perfectly in accordance to His will. Thus one would rarely ever see a "rock stop in air, then hit the intended person". However, I am a firm believer that God can and does operate in a pure form of supernatural intervention that defies any natural explanation.

So I guess you could say I believe in a mixture of all three descriptions of sovereignty as stated above.
