Hi Mario,

Thank you for the invitation to offer some "devil's advocate" answers. These "answers" are what I have come up with after a lifetime of the same kind of wondering, rambling, and speculating that you did in your post. My answers may have nothing whatsoever to do with truth and I make no such claims, but these answers make the most sense to me out of all the explanations I have ever heard.
