Polar Alignment

Need help with a 16" equatorial. I've tried the Bigourdan polar align. and a few other ideas. I can't seem to nail the true pole with any luck. I need a sky chart showing the feild of stars out to 7 deg. around polaris. Can any one help it would be appreciated. |
