I have just received a tasco reflector 114mm f900. It is my first scope and perhaps that my have something to do with what I am about to say... I am very satisfied.

I live in the city and right next to my yard were I do my viewing is a street light. And yet I just came in from viewing Saturn for about an hour. I also spent a small amount of time looking at Jupiter. I can clearly see Saturn's rings and on Jupiter I can see 3 blue lines across the surface.

I have been read that I ought to buy better eyepeices and I would get a far better view and I probibly will. But for now I am satisfied with the tasco...
