PLEASE HELP ME NEXSTAR 11GPS

HI all,
I have a new Nexstar 11 Gps but I can't connect to Pc via Rs-232 with this problem " Unable to communicate with telescope". I have checked all, cable, connection but there always poblem. Can you help Me, please?
