last November we used our nexstar 114gs with the battery pack I don't have the electrical hook-up.
I covered it for the winter, placed it in a corner upstairs, and low and behold this spring the cord that connects into the telescope will not seat properly. It does not hold when I try to plug it in and if I hold it in the connection it will NOT power the computer pad. I changed the batteries so it is not the battery. I've contacted Celestron and they have not replied. I bought the telescope over the internet so I do not have a dealer to take it to. any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
