Natural life ...goes in evolution.
Formal systems ... not same as evolution.
Eugenics has big problems with modern biology, since what you mean is that those with an advantage should be given an advantage.
It's artificial selection. It was reasonable in breeding cattle to choose what traits you want,
and in slightly ancient times, the mistake could be made that humans are simple creatures to breed too. Eugenics would not create a better world, for the right to breed just becomes a political
football and the masses who rule almost always apply a blunt standard based on popular myths, which have been pressed hard by modern media, and you have bought them it appears. But what is also simple-minded is the mass who will result from anti-eugenics...not merely letting things alone, but actively oppressing your mental superiors. Big cheaters regarding currency and misinformation might even breed a lower quality than their own generation, since as standards fall, selection standards can fall in the next generation. One might avoid a mate selection if they seem intelligent if that is unpopular.
This has actually happened in some regions.
Our idea of "Equal Rights" has been guarded by rather intelligent people, but the herd-people in the guise of religion or whatever else, are ever trying to oppress the individuals for being intelligent.
Didn't know that?
What muddles it is that people don't learn their science before commenting...even scientists, even biologists may occasionally hold this erroneous view. Persons can comprehend this, but not if they don't want to.
Thank you.
