A Mistake

I wrote a long post in reply. But I forgot to give it a title before I posted it. The result is that it didn't get posted.
Briefly, I would like to say that in the illiterate world, both the processes i.e., making the education system more extensive through policy making and suitable funding and checking population growth which can be achieved either directly through legislation or social reforms or indirectly through promoting literacy and liberal values.
Religious and cultural forces play a very important role in the undersanding of a lay man of scientific ways and debate. That should be addressed too, especially, in the literate world by promoting the importance of scientific way as the only way to understand the whole existence.
Communists did a good job but I think that they could have done better somehow.
Sorry for not being able to address the whole thing in detail. I didn't have much time to write an adequate account of my thinking in this respect. Secondly, when I did do it, a mistake ruined the whole effort.
