Making a brick out of gravitational potential energy. Some kinetic energy of the neutrino is becoming part of the intrinsic energy which is mass. I think your considering potential energy not to be real? In GR the energy conservation is for the entire system. For your idea this would include the neutrino the particle it interacts with and gravitational field which is proportional to the black hole mass. As far as we are concerned this field is the black hole. We only know mass, angular momentum and electric charge. This is a description for how black holes radiate.
Two virtual (only indirestly detectable) photons pop out of the vacuum at the event horizon. Before they can annihilate they are separated by the tidal gradient in the black holes gravitational field. As they separate both photons gain energy until they are both real (directly detectable). This happens when the distance between the photons is ~ 1/4 the circumference of the event horizon (also the wavelength of these photons is ~1/4 the circumference of the event horizon). If both photons fly off then the black holes mass is reduced by the exact amount of energy that was imparted to the photons by the tidal gradient. If one photon escapes then the holes mass is reduced by the energy imparted to that single photon by the tidal gradient. If they both eventually are captured the mass of the black hole is unchanged. In GR the constant of motion for a freely falling object form rest at infinity is
E/m=(1-2M/r)dt/dt=1
As the freely falling object approaches r=2M (the event horizon) (1-2M/r)--> 0.
