Making a brick out of gravitational potential energy. Some kinetic energy of the neutrino is becoming part of the intrinsic energy which is mass. I think your considering potential energy not to be real? In GR the energy conservation is for the entire system. For your idea this would include the neutrino the particle it interacts with and gravitational field which is proportional to the black hole mass. As far as we are concerned this field is the black hole. We only know mass, angular momentum and electric charge. This is a description for how black holes radiate.
