Even if there was a way to translate the waves? (BY FIRST REMOVING ANY PICKED-UP INTERFERENCE OR CORRUPTED BACKGROUND WAVES)

how dose one know that some of the radio waves (sounds) from the outer galaxies are not some of our own radio wave sounds which are being reflected back?

I read in one science magazine, one time, that indeed some special radio waves are of our own originally emitted waves which have reached a point and have returned by way of reflection and even by way of planetary gravitational pulls and/or deflection.

Best regards
Jisbond
