: Why we want to name things, and then we say, WE KNOW.? : What we know? : We dont know, what is 'gravity'? : What is in that word? Human, you are absolutely correct. We do not know the nature of gravity. If we did, we would have a quantum theory of gravity, and we do not. All we do know are the predictions we can make relating to how different bodies react to each other based on their location, speed, and mass. We needed to give that observable interaction a name and gravity got stuck with the job. Let me also add that it troubles me to see others respond with immature statements that have nothing to do with the opinion you attempt to express. Strong math skills are the result of cognitive efforts, and do not require an equivalent level of polite good character.
