I want to know because bad grammer is often a good indicator that the person in question is a snot nosed kid just trying to piss somebody off.

: Is this a forum about grammar or astronomy? : Why would you need to know if a person has a language barrier : or just has bad grammar?

: : : That makes perfect sense, but when you are writing in a language which is not your native one then you should say so. It makes it easier to distinguish between those with language barriers and those who have just plain bad grammer.

: : : : -Paul

: : : Itīs been a while since my last visit on this forum. : : : But some things probably never will change.

: : : The Internet is an international tool which can be used : : : to communicate. One of the main problems in global : : : communications is the language.

: : : For most people in the world (including myself) english : : : is not their native language. : : : But in order to contribute on forums like these, I and : : : many others try to do our best to write english.

: : : And of course we make mistakes, but I donīt see anyone of : : : you write a sentence in proper dutch/german/french/chinese etc.

: : : So please have a little respect, try to listen to what : : : is said and respond to the question.

: : : Science=Religion

: : : : : : Ps. Wondering, please return and share your thoughts.
