Question About Mini Black Holes

If a particle is accelerated towards the speed of light and continues to gain mass, will it eventually undergo gravational collapse and become a mini black hole? I once calculated the energy required, about 1E40 ev assuming that the qravational constant does not change at quantum scales which may be debatable. |
