No a wormhole is not a black hole connected to a white hole. A wormhole is theoreticly, if I understand right, where two points in space are connected due to the curveature of space.

Also many would countinue to agrue that there is no such thing as a white hole.

My opinion is that a white hole might exist if you think one way and it wouldn't if you thought another way.
