Look for the bore hole data in the online book:

That plus other astronomical data proves that GR in limited to spherical symmetry. So GR is just an approximation.

The basis for the singularity in GR is the existence of vanishinglt small poits in space.

Well string theory shows the the GR singularity in detail is a sphreical vacuum of unifield field energy enclosed by a membrane across which space and mass is phase changed into the massless unified field and the dimensions are uncompactified.

On the other hand LQG theory proves that there are no poits in space. Space comes in finite loops and so there can be no infinity.

A black hole contains a big mass, but not an infinite one. If you spread this mass over a volume that is not zero, then the mass density cannot be infinite. That is the proof you want.

You have to show that a mass can be compressed to a vanishingly small point to get your infinity. Otherwise all is finite.
