Heaver objects do fall faster.

The acceleration of two objects toward each other is equal to the sum of the two masses multiplied by the gravitational constant divided by the square of the distance between them.

This may not have a measurable effect when one object is much larger then the other, however masses which are close to the same magnitude will have a total acceleration towards each other which is proportional to about half of the percentage change in either mass.
