J.Ray took the time to read a lot of books
and make a web site about astronomy.
He was willing to backtrack when he mirrored the unpleasantness of others. If you have more recent information
about dark matter than he (and Ray missed another recent news story confirming it, showing he doesn't always read my posts), then you are good to provide it. Still, your tone shows a kind of negativity not expected in one with a bright career ahead.
I will always support more funding for astronomy. Ray probably would too. You realize what that means for you.
