If No Moment In Time Is Different....

Then what about the second law of thermodynamics....? Why should we be able to tell the difference between "now" and "then"? Clearly a moment in time must be different from another...

Energy is conserved however energy density is not. It moves from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration. Why the asymetry?
