{i also know that an accretion disc composed of gases is formed around a black hole .....
what is the relation betweent he formation of this disc and the rotation black hole ????is there any or not????}

Most black holes originate from a collapsing star. Most stars rotate. If Sun collapses into black hole (with radius R=2GM/c2 called Schwartzscild radius, so you substitute the gravitational constant G = 6.67x10-11 N m2/kg2, the mass of Sun M=2x1030 kg and the speed of light c=3x108, you get gravitational radius of Sun R=2964 m), then to keep the angular momentum the same (L=(2/5)MR2w2 it will rotate R
