assume, we have two black holes both are spining.
#1 spining clockwise and #2 spining counter-clockwise, both are drifting toward one another gaining speed and angular momentum. once they begin orbiting one another depending upon there planes of orbit and our vantage point we will see a huge disk, of ejecting matter or one or two jets. The black holes asuming they each weighed 2 to the fiftysecond exponent kilograms (about the same mass as the milkeyway would have an orbit of about 24 miles and an orbital period of one half to one second, we would call it a pulsar or a quasar but really its just a couple of black holes behaving the way they do. black holes doing this can also gobble up each other as hapened 12 billion years ago to cause gamma ray burst 990123 (the fireball from such expanded at first at speeds of around 100,000 times the speed of light) two of the black holes were broken up or swallowed up and two of them survived and can still be seen near the epicenter of the blast/burst.
