What I was trying to convey is that those experiments now show that if the boundary conditions are not mathematically "nice", meaning sphere, circle, ellipse, etc., then chaos and disintegration results inside the boundary. So only mathematically nice things survive.

To me that means that the universe evolves in a mathematically nice way and so the mathematics are controlling the universe. There is lots of chaos in the universe, but chaos in usually momentary. What survives is a stable universe.

I wish I could say the black holes are absolutely spherical, in order to connect with this forum. But that is just theory. Actually they seem to project material out of the north and south pole of what we presume is their axis of rotation.
