Theory Is NOT A Guess.

This is exactly the difference between a hypothesis - which is educated guess, and a theory - which is mathematical description of observed facts.

So you can argue about hypothesis (of God, time travel, etc.) but there is no point to argue about facts and their mathematical description (Newton's or Colomb's inverse square law, laws of motion, Maxwell's equations, Einstein GR equations, Shroedinger equation, conservation laws, Big Bang, etc.).

That is not to be mixed (as some do).
